Serhiy Smirnov - young art/conceptual photographer, was born in 2000, Ukraine.
2016-2021 - Graduated from the National University Lviv Politechnic with a specialization — psychology
Serhiy started street/art photography in 2016.
In 2016 Serhiy won All-Ukrainian photo competition for young photographers in the "urbanist" and "creative photography" categories
In 2017 stopped his career. Serhiy wanted to capture weddings.
After receiving many awards in wedding photography, including a publication in the American wedding magazine LOVERLY, Serhiy completely burns out in this profession and begins to find himself in art photography.
In 2023 continued the art photography and in four months of active work created 12 beautiful series. And he became a member of the MYPH`s club in Ukraine.
Although Serhiy has been working in art photography for 4 months, his work has already been in Norway, Great Britain, Serbia and Ukraine. A solo exhibition in Belgium is planned for 2024.
"Now I don't have a particular style of work because every day I try something new, I try to find my way of expressing myself and my photography is about the eternal search for myself. I hope it inspires you to do something beautiful." said Serhiy
He actively exhibits his work under the nickname "wallion_art". For him, it is a reference to the WALL-E cartoon. Serhiy associates himself with this character
